Background
The Pumpkin Hotel officially opened its doors in 1999 but has been in business for over 25 years. Founded by Mr Douglas Mrewa, its unique name came from his father who was named Chinhanga. It’s a blend of country living with modern comforts, so you get the best of both worlds. It serves a broad customer base, including corporates, holiday goers, business travelers and international guests.
Priding itself on excellent customer service and service delivery that keep clients coming back for more. Do you offer conferencing facilities?
Yes, we have two modern and well-equipped conference rooms and various break-away rooms. Seating capacity of the large conference room is 500 pax and the conference rooms are equipped with interactive white boards and top tech equipment.
How many rooms in total do you have?
58 rooms in total comprising of executive suites, doubles, twins and single rooms. We can accommodate 108 people.
Can I use visa card and master card to pay?
Yes, we accept all forms of payment both international and local including visa, master card, local zimswitch, bank transfers and ecocash.
Do you offer free parking?
Yes, we offer 24 hours security and free parking within the hotel premises.
Any places of interest to visit near the hotel?
The hotel is surrounded by a lot of rich cultural experiences some of which include cultural tours, Mutoko Ruins(last occupied in the 1600s), ancient Bushman paintings and Nyamapanda-Mozambique border( only 21KM from the Hotel).
